Where the browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal, HatchCheck records that signal and defaults non-essential categories off unless the final legal configuration requires a different regional treatment.
Consent Logging
HatchCheck stores preferences locally and attempts to log consent preferences server-side when database persistence is configured.
