What independent means- 1. Request: Submitting the request does not charge you. HatchCheck reviews your request and emails the payment link or next step.
- 2. Fit: HatchCheck confirms fit before sending payment instructions. If minimum materials are incomplete, HatchCheck explains what is missing and the report clock does not start.
- 3. Report: HatchCheck targets three business days for the initial reviewed report after payment and minimum safe materials are received.
- 4. Recheck: Return proof within 30 days of report delivery. HatchCheck targets two business days for recheck after safe proof is mapped to the selected finding. The included developer task and recheck cover that one selected finding. Other report findings remain open and visible; materially new features or launch scope require a new checkup.
Complex or out-of-scope requests may be declined before payment. You will not receive a payment link in that case.
