What HatchCheck Provides
HatchCheck is a pre-submit app checkup for AI-built, Flutter, React Native, Expo, and web-backed mobile apps preparing for Apple App Store or Google Play submission.
- HatchCheck provides a launch-readiness report based on evidence provided by the customer.
- Reports may include findings, evidence summaries, risk explanations, recommended fixes, verification steps, review-note drafts, and an Agent Fix Pack for Codex, Claude, Cursor, or a developer.
- HatchCheck does not submit official platform forms, make final declarations, or implement app changes.
No Approval Guarantee and No Legal Advice
HatchCheck identifies launch-readiness risks. HatchCheck does not guarantee Apple or Google approval and is not a law firm.
- You remain responsible for final app behavior, final submissions, official declarations, privacy/data answers, reviewer notes, and legal review.
- Findings are based on the evidence provided and may list items HatchCheck could not verify.
- Sensitive, regulated, billing, privacy-law, or ambiguous areas may need human/legal review.
Eligibility, Accounts, and Security
Users must be able to form a binding agreement and must keep accounts, sessions, and project access secure.
- You must be at least 18 or the age of majority where you use HatchCheck.
- You are responsible for account activity and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
- Do not share access in a way that exposes another customer's project, upload, report, or credentials.
Customer Content and Processing License
You keep ownership of app information, uploads, screenshots, store drafts, privacy text, SDK lists, notes, and other customer content you provide.
- You grant HatchCheck a limited license to host, process, review, summarize, transform, and display customer content as needed to provide and support the service.
- HatchCheck does not train HatchCheck models on customer content without explicit opt-in.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to provide customer content to HatchCheck.
Prohibited Uploads and Honest Review Notes
HatchCheck is upload-light. It does not need production secrets or unnecessary customer data to generate most findings.
- Do not upload private keys, signing certificates, production .env files, service account keys, production secrets, real demo passwords, or customer data unless HatchCheck has explicitly approved a later workflow.
- Review notes must be accurate and must not hide paid flows, data collection, AI features, external purchase flows, restricted content, or platform-relevant functionality.
- HatchCheck may block, discard, or mark files as unsafe when filenames, file types, or scanned content appear risky.
AI Output and Evidence Limitations
AI assistance may draft summaries, review notes, and tasks. AI output is not the source of truth.
- AI output must be validated against HatchCheck schemas and evidence rules before report delivery.
- HatchCheck may mark items as not verified when evidence is missing, stale, ambiguous, unavailable, or outside the product scope.
- HatchCheck does not encourage misleading submissions or hidden reviewer behavior.
Payments, Refunds, and Report License
If paid checkout is enabled, payment status and report access are verified server-side. Stripe or another payment provider may process payment details.
- Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy at /refunds.
- A delivered report is licensed for your internal launch-readiness review for the app/project purchased.
- HatchCheck owns its product, templates, UI, rules, source summaries, workflows, and service IP, excluding your customer content.
Acceptable Use and Platform Independence
You must use HatchCheck lawfully and in a way that respects Apple, Google, third-party services, reviewers, users, and regulators.
- HatchCheck is independent from Apple and Google and is not endorsed by either platform.
- Third-party services may be used for hosting, auth, storage, billing, support, AI processing, observability, or analytics where configured.
- Service features may change as HatchCheck improves the V1 workflow.

HatchCheck may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
