Refund Policy

This policy explains HatchCheck's draft refund handling for paid launch-readiness reports and related one-time purchases.

7-Day Satisfaction Review

If a paid HatchCheck report is generic or not app-specific, contact support within 7 days with the order/report ID for review under the satisfaction guarantee.

No Approval Outcome Refund Promise

HatchCheck does not guarantee Apple or Google approval. A platform rejection by itself is not a refund reason.

  • Refunds are not owed merely because the user ignored fixes, changed the app, withheld evidence, submitted different materials, faced a subjective platform decision, or had an unresolved human/legal-review issue.
  • Duplicate charges and payment errors should be refunded after verification.
  • If subscriptions exist later, cancellation rules must be shown at checkout and in account settings.

Chargebacks and Contact

Contact support@hatchcheck.com with the order/report ID before initiating a chargeback so HatchCheck can investigate duplicate charges or delivery problems.
