Use this form to ask HatchCheck to access, delete, correct, export, opt out of sale/share, limit sensitive personal information, withdraw consent, or review another privacy request. HatchCheck will verify the requester before taking action.
Do not over-share identity documents or secrets in this form. If HatchCheck cannot record the request immediately, support must complete manual verification before changing, deleting, or exporting data.
